    OMG!!!! My entire blog disapeared when I tried to update to the latest WordPress version. This is what I get when trying to complete step 9 in the extended guide.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_clone() (previously declared in /hsphere/local/home/jhallqvi/loveandrespect.se/wp-settings.php:283) in /hsphere/local/home/jhallqvi/loveandrespect.se/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2908

    I use Surftown as my webhotel and my address is https://www.loveandrespect.se
    PLEASE somebody HELP!!!!

    I have tried to resolve this but I am not skilled enough! Please if somebody could get my access codes and please help me see what I have done wrong, I would really appriciate it!!!

    Try reuploading all your wordpress folders via FTP (in a manual upgrade, not automatic), like wp-admin, wp-includes, etc., but not wp-content.

    If that doesn’t work, delete your plugins folder in wp-content and try it.

    I think I know that wp-content contains all my content and shall not be replaced. But can I delete wp-admin, wp-include and reupload them from the Wordpres upgrade package?

    I have tried both of your suggestions and it still doesn’t work. I don’t know what to do. Would you mind terribly to take a look for your self? I can give you access…I would be eternally grateful, I’m at my wits end here… =)
