Smash Balloon not allowing different feeds

    Hi there,
    I have 2 websites each using smash balloon insta feed. I have 2 seperate insta accounts under 1 user profile/login so every time I set one up on one website, the other one on the 2nd website loses the feed. How do I go about having each website set up with its corresponding insta account without it constantly loosing the feed on one or the other?

    Hey @erinkingnz,

    We have not had anyone else report this type of issue. However, Instagram actually requires a unique login for each account. There is often confusion on this due to the way the mobile app works in allowing you to connect multiple accounts and switch between them without logging in and out. If you are unsure of the password for your other account you can use the forgot password option on instagram.com.
