PayPal Error 10437

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.
I am running WP 5.4.1 with GeneratePress Premium theme and WooCommerce which is bundled with GeneratePress. Our goal was to use PayPal check out only due to monetary constraints and we receive a non-profit discount with them. I installed the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway and followed the set up.
I’ve done what I think I was supposed to do in PayPal (following the WooCommerce Docs – except that (while not woocommerce problem) the dashboard in PayPal is completely different than the screenshots in the WC docs). We were able to successfully do orders in the sandbox. I wanted to test live so I clicked the toggle from sandbox back to live.
I went through the order process on a different browser (Safari) currently using Chrome to write this note. Please note, I get the same issue on Chrome.
I added to cart, clicked shopping cart, clicked checkout received the following error code:
PayPal error (10437): An error (10437) occurred while processing your PayPal payment. Please contact the store owner for assistance.
As with everyone struggling with the Covid 19 issue, our non-profit is struggling to make ends meet and opening up this store is paramount to our keeping our mission going. Surely I’m doing something wrong, but I don’t know what.
