    Hi Anna,

I’m using WC Vendors for 4 years now without any problems, but in some weird kind of way WC Vendors disappeared from my backend admin menu and I can’t access it directly via wp-admin/admin.php?page=wcv-vendor-orders – it says that I don’t have permission (I’m logged in as super-admin)

When I choose woocommerce > settings > emails I don’t see the vendor emails anymore. I checked under Plugins and WC Vendors is still activated and updated to the latest version.

I really don’t have a clue. You? Maybe it has something to do with our multisite install, but I cannot replicate it. Since the beginning your plugin isn’t network activated (only on 1 subsite without any problems).

Hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.
    Scholto

    Hi Scholto,

At this time, Anna is not working anymore with WC Vendors.

1.) There’s been a lot of change since then, in relation to your query, as an administrator, all orders are viewable from this link now -/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order
Orders management would now be from WP dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Orders

2.) All Emails are still accessible in WooCommerce >> Settings >> Emails likes so – https://share.getcloudapp.com/P8uE6El0

Please make sure that you are using the updated version of WC Vendors marketplace.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for your reply.

    1. On WP dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Orders I see order management indeed, but what I meant is the list where I can change orders from due into paid. I do this every month and the last time I did this was 30 days ago, but yesterday I can’t find this page anymore.

    2. Vendor Emails aren’t visible anymore. See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/sb7avq

    3. I installed and activated the last version of WC Vendors. See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/sb7bc7

I hope you trust me now and can help me with my problem.
    Kind regards,
    Scholto

    Hello Scholto,

Thanks for getting back to us, we do trust you with your queries ??

!.) Do you need to check your vendors’ commissions status? Please try to check from your WordPress dashboard >> WC Vendors >> Commissions, like so – https://share.getcloudapp.com/geuWOywG

2.) Please try to scroll down, all WC vendors related emails are there as I double-checked – https://share.getcloudapp.com/p9u7LQGx

    Hello Scholto,

How are you? May I ask if you have managed to sort out your issues with my colleague’s reply?

Please feel free to let us know if you have any other inquiries and we’ll be more than happy to help you out.

Thanks, I figured it out myself.

Maybe you can talk with your collegue and ask him why he finds it so hard to believe vendor emails and menu items really didn’t show up. I told him I am an experienced WCVendors user and he still treats me if it’s the first time I see a WordPress menu. Pretty annoying and energy consuming.

Anyway. The solution was: we have a multisite install and activated WCVendors on 1 subsite. During maintenance someone accidentilly network activated Woocommerce. WCVendors only works when Woocommerce also is activated on subsite level. After correction your plugin starts working/appearing again.

Have a nice day and thanks for your time.
