Export Files

  • Good Morning,

    I’d like some advice, please. I want to export my directory from a WordPress subsite to the main site. I’ve got 2 issues when I try to do so.

    1. The CSV file does not copy over any bespoke taxonomies for the information fields I’ve added to my directory.
    2. I cannot download the media files. Instead, I get the following error.

    This site can’t be reached. The web page at https://employers.cyberstreet.online/wp-admin/admin.php?page=w2dc_csv_import might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

    Please can you advise. Thank you
