Increase width for Heatmap theme for content tabs

Hi,
Hope you can help because I am not a coder. I am trying to increase the width for content tabs (for my different pages of my website) at the top…i.e. where “Home” and “About” is located. I don’t necessarily have to increase the width of my body of text. How and where do I do this? Thanks in advance!!!!!
