Jump to next options

Hello
I am making a new product with many suboptions and those have diferent colors.
Now when I choose one of the suboptions the color appears at the bottom so the client does not realice that the Colors are there if he dosent scroll down.
Is there a way than once he chosees and option the window jumps to the bottom where the Colors appeared? (the color appear by condicional logic when that option is choosen)
