mobile responsive issue

You can display a different slider on mobile, you will have to either use a CSS media query or use a plugin like WP Mobile Detect or similar plugins to show different sliders. Please see FAQ: https://www.metaslider.com/faqs/the-responsive-slider-doesnt-quite-look-right-on-a-mobile-device/.

That’s a personal decision and depends on the design of your site and the images you are using. As for what sizes work in MetaSlider, you can use any size you desire.

Actually I have to create separate slides for mobile as current desktop slider does not support in mobile view so I need a suggestion i.e what size of slides will be fit for mobile.

My answer is the same. Use whatever image size you want. Maybe try 400 width by 800 height? Feel free to experiment.
