• If you only have a business where the people can pay in cash, and you do not make reservations for the next few days, the plugin just works, in my case I bought one of its extensions, but then the paypal service did not work. When I purchased the plugin, you also did not have a notice if someone ordered online, that is, you had to be at the wordpress desktop seeing if someone bought or bought the other extension for sms messages. Finally seeing that it did not work for me, and that t his plugin still had things to solve, I contacted support, they made me explain that things did not work for me, and then they stopped responding to me, when I have been asking for a refund for weeks.
    I would not recommend it yet.

    We process refunds 2 times weekly and as per our 14 days refund policy, the money will be refunded if you have requested it. If not then let me know we can prioritize it to make it faster.

    Regarding the issues you are facing is already taken care of and we are working our best to provide you the best possible support possible during this pandemic situation.

    Also, we are constantly improving the plugin and adding things when needed to help and support people.
