Removing “Proceed to Cart” button from one-page cart

I am running Woocommerce with a “single/direct one page checkout” plugin.
On my cart page, I have a “proceed to checkout” button that is unnecessary because the customer is already on the checkout page.
Regardless of CSS or functions.php add-ons, I have been unable to not show the button.
I have tried these suggestions:
