    Hello,

    As National Payments Corporation of India(NPCI) does not allow any website to use their API, we can’t verify or refund the payment directly and it is not the problem of this plugin. The plugin is working as expected.

    Hope you understand. Could you please adjust the rating, as this free plugin requires lots of effort to develop and maintain further.
