No product attachment visible

  • Hi there,

    We’ve installed this plugin today to provide our customers a link to a file (PDF, technical details) and it’s not working. All the necessary fields are complete (description, attachment), but the download button does not show up on the product page.

    We’ve tried every option and still not working. Can you guys help us with this?

    Update: It does show up after the order is complete, but still not showing up on product page:

    We are using DIVI with Woocommerce.

  • You have to select for every attached file option “Show on Product Page”

    Update:

    We’ve disabled EVERY plugin (except for WooCommerce), changed theme to a default one – twent-nineteen, and still not working.

    I think you have made there is something wrong settings.

    Hi @dots,

    We’ve reviewed and tested all the settings the exact same way you posted, but to no avail. We also removed the plugin, deleted every DB-related info, and reinstalled the plugin again. We noticed a brief info bar on the top of the plugin setting page telling us to check our e-mail for activation (?), but it disappeared so fast we could barely read what was in it. Either way, no e-mail was received.

    The plugin only displays the attachment after the order is complete, and doesn’t create any adittional tab in the description.

    As we’ve said before, we have deactivated all the plugins (except for WC), changed to a standard theme (we tried, Twenty Nineteen, Twenty Twenty and older ones), but the problem persists.

    We even tried on a clean installation of WP with a simple theme (no plugins except yours and WC), but still doesn’t work.

    Anyway, we found another way to attach a file. Nevertheless, thanks for all your help.

    We’re closing this thread if that’s ok with you guys.

    You have missed to check “Show on Product Page” for every single attached file,

    and blame us, for willing to help you. Weird.
