WordPress Test-Cookie Error

  • Hi,
    after each WordPress update I am facing the “test-cookie-error” during login meaning that at first login-try I get the error “Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser”. Second login-try is working. So far the only possibility to fix this I found is to comment-out the respective test-cookie-lines in login.php. However, the file is overwritten during each WP update, and there are many, so I have to do the same procedure every few weeks. Is there another way to fix this issue permanently?
