Import author names to existing articles

  • Hi!

    Last year we’ve imported several thousands of articles while migrating from an old site to a new one. Back then all articles were imported and linked to their original author, but because of some errors we had to delete the accounts of the authors and has every article migrated to a single user.

    Is it possible to reconnect the original author to an existing article using the WordPress Importer plugin?
