Media and Text Slider

    Hi,

    Just using the Getwid plugin for the first time. So far, very impressed!

    Which is why I’m hoping to get an answer regarding the media/text block. I’d hate to have to install something like SlideAnything for this client because I overlooked something obvious.

    The problem is that the block has a small default width with no apparent way to change that in the block settings. I immediately headed to the inspector to see the styles so I could just add a class to the block and select it in my css and do what needed to be done. But after a few minutes of looking at more than 12 different classes, I figured it was better to check in here first to see if there was any easy way to get this block to display the images full-width, like the image slider allows for.

    Hi @exnihiloinc,
    Thanks for your question. You may select the block and look at the toolbar that appears right above the block. There should be Wide option to make the block wider.

    Hey,
    Feel like an idiot! Was looking for that control but neglected to to try going up to the parent container to grab the tools. Sure enough, there it was and sure enough, solved the problem!
