Popup doesn’t work when I change the trigger

    When I make a popup, as long as I don’t touch the settings of the trigger or targeting, it pops up on every page and works fine.

    Now I want to make a popup that requires you to subscribe to receive a download. when I set the trigger to be that download or the page where the download is, it does not popup.

    Help?!

    Hello @momcleod1996 – could you send us a screenshot of your popup settings for us to take a look at?

    Basically, if you want to set a popup on a specific page then you will need to set the?Targeting Condition?to?Pages: Selected?and?on the input field, you will need to select a specific page, that way, the popup will only be displayed on that page.     When I set it to Pages: Selected, or Downloads: Selected and choose the one I want, it doesn’t work. When I change anything in the targeting, it doesn’t work.

    I decided to make it to be a click-open. I did it, I tested it and it did pop up when I clicked the download button, but it doesn’t stay… it makes the beep, then the overlay stays, but the popup box shows for like a millisecond then disappears?

    And how do I attach screenshots here? lol I’m new to this!
