After import, reviews don’t show

    Hi! I’m building a new site and exported and imported the reviews. They all are showing in the reviews view (all 5 pages), but not on the website/page. When i make a new review it does show on the page, but not the imported ones.

    What can i be doing wrong?

    Hi, no I did an export/import of the site reviews. No third party.

    1. If the summary is incorrect after importing your reviews, please use the “Recalculate Summary Counts” tool on the Tools page.

    2. If your reviews are not displaying on your page, but they are showing in the admin, please make sure that all reviews in the admin are showing their ratings correctly. If not, then something went wrong with the import.

    3. Since you are using the rating option on your shortcode to only display reviews with a rating of 3 or higher, please confirm that the other reviews that are not displaying have a rating of 3 or higher.

    I think the import went wrong because i can see all the revieuws in the summary, but the rating have not imported. I think thats why nothing is showing. But i’ve not recieved an error while importing.

    Can you please help me?
