Plugins for member portfolio site

Hi All
I’m looking to build a site that allows people to join and post images, with title, description and tags, like a portfolio. This should all be front-end, no back-end access. They should have a profile page. That the basic start so I’m looking for any suggestions regards plugins for the functionality.
