issue in insert ad after image

Hello,

I just installed your plugin it’s great. But I am having an issue. I have selected a ad box to be shown after image 1 but it is not showing after image 1. It is showing right after the block of before content ad and both are merged. I have tried many times but the issue persists.

please help. I am using Schema theme by mythmeshop.com.
