Services with category is not working

    I tried the plugin, looking like the services page is free and can be use without the pro version. But the Services is not working fine, not saving category and not saving services please fix it the soonest so I can continue with this plugin and might buy the pro.

    These seems like a conflict with some third party plugin or some table in the database is missing. Can you please contact us in Pre-purchase section on this support platform https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ so we can investigate this issue further on your side and provide help. The Pre-purchase questions section is open and you don’t need to have our plugin purchased to contact us there so feel free to do that so we can investigate this in a private ticket.

    there is no pre-purchased asking question on the tms site it is just a list of articles of your plugin, please clarify this as the plugin is still not working fine, please help me.

    Hi,

    Sorry for our late answer.

    The Pre-purchase questions section is not on the tms site, it is on the link that we sent above (https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/). Here you will see option to open a ticket and once you click to open a ticket you will see option to choose section, find Pre-purchase section and you will be able to open a ticket without a purchase code.
