No button visible in the Comments section form when user is not login.

    I have checked that if any visitor go to the detail page of any topic then there is a form in the commnents section with the field “Name,Email and Website”. But there is no button over there so how to submit the form?

    That sounds like your theme – please try switching temporarily to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and testing. Sometimes, certain themes only allows comments from posts, not from other post types.
