popup mailmunch on click

    I creted a popup on click on Mailmunch connected to my Mailchimp account
    I followed all the instructions, but this is what happens:
    1. the popup opens on click but disappears before inserting name etc
    2. the homepage opens
    3. after in the site address it is added https://www.luciabarbieri.com/#mailmunch-pop-884831

    how can I solve the problem? I tried with the direct support…but was not so supportive….
