    Hi

We are investigating replacing QuickBooks Pro desktop, of which the time entries serve 4 automated functions / parts.

    – Payroll for staff
    – Time entries can (and we use) be locked to the client for invoicing
    – Time entries can (and we use ) be locked to an invoice type (for the invoice line) so we use “Remote” and “Onsite” mostly)
    – Contain text entries that are used on the client invoice, this entry always starts with “dd mmm yyyy – HHMM > HHMM” so the client knows what that invoice line is locked to, this is generally an automated entry when the time sheet entry starts and stops.

So at the end of each month an invoice is raised, the time sheet it checked by Quickbooks to allow us to select which entries to push to invoice with the contents of that timesheet entry and the description for that invoice line.

We understand your plugin is timesheet only, we are possibly looking at WP ERP for the invoicing and staff management, so will your plugin work for the above 4 bullet points?

    Many Thanks

    Hi sfx group.

The Dyanamic Time plugin was designed only to handle staff time entries and payroll. Time entries can be noted and categorized. The plugin does not create invoices or integrate with the client billing/invoicing side of business.

    Thank you!

Thats a shame, please consider the points above, as thats what QuickBooks will do with timesheets, it makes the whole use of a Timesheet / ERP system worth looking at.
