• The add to cart button shown in the popup causes a redirect breaking anything that uses Ajax. I have confirmed it is this plugin by using another quick view plugin that correctly does not force a redirect.

I have also tried enabling the option in settings

Choose the functionally for the add to cart button. “Like Archive Page”.
And Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives is checked.

This does not correct the problem.

I tried through support to resolve the issue. I made it clear what the problem was. I made a video showing exactly what was wrong. I tested with other plugins that provide similar functionality and they work. So fine I’m moving on. But I wanted others to be aware that if seomthing isn’t working that requires effort to correct you may not get the support you may be expecting. Spend your money someplace else. This was not resolved.

    Hi @edoriv ,

Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. Since our Support Forum was recently snowed under so support might have been slower than expected. However, we’ll always try to get back to users as soon as possible.

It’s sad to hear you’re leaving. Still, I’d like to keep you posted with this: Our developers have worked to release a new plugin for aiding WPC Smart Quick View, WPC Added to Cart Notification and WPC Fly Cart with AJAX. It’s WPC AJAX Add to Cart for WooCommerce plugin, in case you might want to check it out. It’s very simple and easy to use, just install then activate it. Then things will be smooth again.

    All the best.
