Designer for Animal Shelter Theme

Hello everyone!

I have been hosting a website for my local animal shelter for about 2 years now using Dreamweaver. It would really like to convert it to wordpress so the shelter managers can edit the site rather then sending me the info and changing all the content via HTML/Dreamweaver. So I was wondering if anyone could devote some of there time to make a theme for them. Here is the current site I am running: Vinton Animal Shelter or if anyone knows of some good free ones out there please let me know. I cant find any that will work very well or they really look horrible.
