Received number

  • Good afternoon, I need the PDF number of the invoice under “receipt number” to appear for example 1B, 2B, 3B then the suffix B and the progressive number based on the orders, I tried to configure it but the invoice is displayed only if the I enter manually, how can I solve? Thanks in advance!

    Did you created the invoice before or after you made the suffix change?

    The invoice had already been created before the suffix. But if I edit it manually, I see the change even if it has already been created

    Hi @oliver39

    That’s correct!

    But after you edit the number inside the order you need to check on the PDF Invoices > Documents if the number is correct for the next one. If not you must update it, and in the next should work fine.
