retrieve wp without access to admin cp.

    Hello,
    My domain expired and inaccessible now. So I cannot log in to wp cp. like mydomain.com/wp-admin.

    However I have access to server files and database on my hosting acct. So I can to anything I wish to. I had backed up my all files from server (which hosts 3/4 websites & 2-3 wp blogs) but I am not sure how to use it.
    I want to used the blog from my expired domain & move it to my new domain.
    Please help.
