Remove title Heading

@fupfac This is covered using the html_tags parameter. Just use the following:

[reviews_rating html_tags=p]

You need version 3.0 because the previous version needed 2 or more characters.

@fupfac My personal preference: it would look better without this heading there. Use the following parameters to take it out:

[reviews_rating icon=false name=false vicinity=false]
