Is there a way for the email submission to also capture headings and other widgets placed within the form? For instance, I would like to create a form that can be used for sermon notes complete with sections of headings, text, and images. However, the submit button only captures the elements that are part of metform.

If not, could an HTML widget or heading and text widgets be added to Metform?

Here’s a current example of a form made with Caldera forms that has heading and paragraph sections – https://mbcmetairie.org/connect/

  • Hi there,
Metform captures only the fields that have been made by metforms. It will not capture other data.
    Best regards.

I have tested the form. I have received a confirmation email. They do not grab the title and others. except form input fields.

Shucks, you’re definitely right. I’m definitely enjoying the Metform plugin and will use it for my normal forms, but I may need to search for a plugin or tutorial for code that allows the creation of a PDF or something similar for the type of capture function. I appreciate the help.
