    Hello,

just trying your free plugin. Didn’t purchase the pro.

    I created a 100CA$ gift card. I checked on frontend, switched to US$, working fine (I set a manual rate 1CA$=0.5US$) and I bought the 50US$ (=100CA$).

Then I went at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-pw-gift-cards to check the outstanding balances:
    —> 50CA$… while it should be 100CA$.

Is there a bug or only the pro version is compatible to multi-currency plugins?

The gift card is always kept in the store’s default currency. A customer can purchase a gift card in any currency and it will be converted to the store’s default currency. Likewise, a customer can redeem a gift card for any currency on the order, and the value is converted to the store’s default currency when calculating the gift card amount.

Can you provide a WooCommerce System Report so that I can see which plugins you have installed to try and reproduce the issue you’re having?
