duplicate users

    i have an issue with the number of logged in users , i only have about 4k subscriber but in usual days there is 300 logged in subscriber live on the site, but when i look into the plugin i fount that i have an imaginable number . before it was showing the exact number but now its not.
    each user is repeated more than 10 times in the list of logged in users!
    is there a way to fix this ! is there something i should check !

    When did this issue begin? Was it before you install our plugin or after you install our plugin? Did anything changed in your server or site before this issue begun?
