How to restrict creating certain # of pages

  • Hi,

    I have this requirement to restrict users to create certain # of pages other than Administrators.

    For Example: I have a template for blog and uses 5 tabs and each tab is a page. I want to restrict users not to create more than 5 tabs or pages from the dashboard.

    Can this be possible, if so what kind of access need to be given to blog owner so that he/she cannot create more than 5 tabs or pages.
