I can’t login to access JetPack settings

Thanks — I can guess at what the error says, but I don’t understand enough to be sure. Would you paste it here so I can use a translating tool?

This error started yesterday.

Yesterday I updated Woocommerce to the latest version and had to disable JetPack and then activate JetPack again and when trying to log in with Wordprass to configure JetPack I can’t login.

It happens next:

I go to my panel and click on: JetPack then open this page below:

Then I select to sign in with Wordprass then I put my access data to login with worprass and I click the button to login and jatpack does not open the settings.

In other words, you can’t log in and I’m stuck on this page.

And if I try again, I can’t repeat the above process.

Basically Jatpack is unable to log in through my wordprass account to link my store with jetpack.

You can help me resolve this as much information as I can provide.

Direct login to my wordprasss account I can normally get it.

But to link jatpack with my wordprass account the problem explained above happens.

Can you try this?

First log into WordPress.com using another tab. Remember this will be a different login and password than your wp-admin login, since it is a separate site.

Then use a new tab to try to connect Jetpack. When you choose to connect with WordPress.com it should not ask for your credentials since you are already logged in.

I had already tried this. And it doesn’t work. When I click on the login button with wordprass nothing happens and I’m on the same page and I can’t access the JetPack settings.

It seems that the system perfectly recognizes that I am logged into wordprass because it does not ask for my access data again.

But even so it does not advance to the jetpack plugin settings panel.

Strange is that I just updated woocommerce, then I had to disable JetPack and then immediately reactivated JetPack and I was no longer able to log in to access the JetPack settings.

The problem here is not with WooCommerce – I have WooCommerce 4.0.1 and Jetpack 8.4.2 installed on more than one site, and all are working fine.

The problem here is with Jetpack’s connection to XML-RPC on your server.

If I try to view your XML-RPC file at https://gringamix.com.br/xmlrpc.php, I instead get a CloudFlare landing page, which then redirects me to https://gringamix.com.br/xmlrpc.php?__[very long encryption key that I won't copy in full here in the forums]

That redirection is preventing Jetpack from connecting to your site, so you’ll likely need to add an exception for Jetpack to your firewall settings at Cloudflare so that connection can work. Please contact their support directly for help with this.

I have two identical calls to the same thing.

Where are you seeing this error? The screen shot doesn’t look like a WordPress interface, so I don’t understand the context of where you’re seeing this.

Do you see anything on your site that’s not actually working? If everything in the dashboard and on the site itself is working, then those warnings might not actually be something you need to be concerned about.

That said, I still see some XML-RPC connection timeout errors for your site, so while XML-RPC now appears to be accessible, something is still restricting or throttling the connection. This could lead to intermittent errors on your site, so please make sure with your host and/or Cloudflare that they’re not rate-limiting or otherwise still blocking us on some level.

The duplicate Query Notices I can see through the Query Monitor plugin that I have installed on my wordprass site.

And inside my admin panel at the bottom, it shows this image panel with details of errors / warnings on the website.

And about XML-RPC Connection Timeout I will have work to know how to solve this. Because I use Vult’r Hosting and they do not support to help with this.

So I will have to find out for myself how to fix this and not understanding much about these things … It gives me trouble, but I will try to fix it somehow.
