    Dear,

    Our legal requirements state that our invoices need to be in Dutch. Therefore I have 2 questions:

    1. How can we set Dutch as the default invoice language?

    2. Can we automatically send a duplicate in another language, based on the user language. So the user receives a Dutch and ex. English duplicate at the same time?

    Thanks for asking! According to your questions:

    We don’t handle the Dutch translation at the moment. If you want to create such a translation, you can use Poedit or the Loco Translate plugin.

    Next week we will publish a version of Flexible Invoices, which will support WPML and automatic translation of invoices into customers’ languages. However, we did not plan for a functionality where the invoice is issued in two language versions (orginal and duplicate).

    Wouldn’t you prefer to create an invoice template in which columns and fields names are given in two languages simultaneously? For example, in English and Dutch?

    The simultaneous languages are also an option. Is this included in the next version?

    Hi Jonas,

    no, it’s not but you can edit the tamplete and customize an invoice!

    The new version includes WPML supports and should be available next week – around Wednesday, May 6th.

    I will let you know about deploy!
