• Referring to the recent update 2 days ago v.24: Updated order history screen.

    This is an error caused with this change. When you apply an order to a status such as ‘set as completed’, ‘set to refunded’, ‘set to paid’ etc, the item disappears from the dashboard, and only shows in all.

    Does anyone else experience this error?

    Hello,

    We are looking into it and we will release an update on this.

    If you are testing the plugin, try this:

    On dashboard go to TOOLS, scrool down until you see “Recount Stats”, click on RESET STORE and test it again ??

    * you will lose all your testing orders but after that all goes fine

    @playdiune Can you confirm your issue is fully resolved? I tried this but there is still a problem. Sometimes the order catches and changes status, but sometimes it is lost and removed from view.

    Example: One time I changed the item to ‘Set as complete’ and it changed the status to paid (still visible in history).

    The next time I change an item to ‘Set as complete’ and the item went missing.

    Worryingly you can’t recoup the orders which get lost. They sit in ‘all’, but can’t be accessed.

    I loaded the plugin on another wordpress test site with no other plugins, and the issue was the same.

    I have the same issue. I set as completed but all of them gone BUT it shows all
    have you fixed it???
