Ad Blocker brakes my reports

  • I’m using Pixel Caffeine, and I’m getting reports for only some of the events.
    I tested it myself with the Facebook Pixel Helper, and it seems that when Adlblock is on, the pixel won’t fire.
    Is that normal?
    It great a lot of problems in my Facebook Ads reports. I can’t seem to see the correct numbers at all. More like only 1/2 of the events.

    sorry for the late response!

    I can’t know about the problems of the reports you mentioned, but I can tell you that AdBlock shouldn’t be a problem. When the Facebook Pixel is integrated via direct code (which Pixel Caffeine does), the pixel should be fired though. Instead, if it’s integrated via Google Tag Manager (which is possible via Pixel Caffeine, if you disable the pixel init snippet from the settings), it may be blocked by AdBlock.
