    I have a new store. It’s just for virtual downloads. I set one of my products for sale at $0.99 to do a test run and purchase it.

    Two issues:
    1. As a customer, the $0.99 was never listed on my credit card, although I did have to put in my credit card info and did receive the download.
    2. As a vendor, I never received the $0.99. This is concerning to me, because I wonder as I add vendors and products, how I will receive my money?

    Please advise. Hopefully I’m missing something very basic but I’m not seeing any clear instructions on what to do.

    Thanks for writing in!
    1.) Could you please clarify the list you are looking for on your credit card? Is it the purchase log as a customer that you need? If so, I would recommend in contacting your bank about it.

    2.)Could you please double-check your commission settings in Wp Admin > WC Vendors > Settings > Commission, please confirm that you ahave set the amount of commission the vendor will receive from there

    Thanks for your response.

    I purchased a $0.99 product on my website to test it out and make sure that it worked properly. I expected to be charged $0.99 as a customer, then have my vendor account make $0.69 from commission and make $0.30 as the website owner.

    1. Basically, I was looking for $0.99 charged to my credit card, as a customer. I was never charged for my transaction, even though I made a purchase.

    2. The commission fees are correct. Right now I have it set to be 70% given to the vendor, while I take 30% as the website owner. My vendor account did receive $0.69 as expected. So I am not worried about this. However, I’m not sure where the other $0.30 went.

    I appreciate your help! Please let me know what other options I should be double checking.

    Thanks for the information, could you let me know the exact payment option you’ve chosen when you tested this?
    Please also make sure that the payment integration you are using is in live mode. This article could help – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/payments/testing/

    Thank you so much for your response! It turns out I was in live mode but I had not finished activating my Stripe account. I really appreciate your help.
