How to disable Featured images delete

Hi,

We are posting number of post every week with the help of plugin. But we are facing one issue is plugin use same image for same type of posts, EX :-

https://reconres.com/avixa-producer-of-infocomm-india-underscores-the-events-status-as-the-countrys-leading-pro-av-trade-show/

Now problem is if we delete any post from new fetch or from publish than it delete featured image from all posts those have same image.

And I can understand it delete because we are using same image id.

Now how we can disable function which is deleting featured images.

I found these two functions have code to delete feature image :- mct_sl_deleteimage and mct_ai_showpg_ajax

Please suggest any possible solution , we are losing number of images
