Top Banner Image – Vigilance

  • I’m trying to change the top banner image on Vigilance. It says to:

    Set the Banner State to “Static Image” and upload your image here: https://www.sitename.com/wp-content/themes/vigilance/images/top-banner/

    I’ve done both, but end up with a blank box. Is there something else I need to do? Or does the picture have to be sized a certain way to actually work? (I’m just using a pattern, so it could fill-in anyway and would be fine)

    I’ve tried this over and over and would really appreciate any help you’re willing to give. Thanks
