error in multiple question quiz

    We have some trouble with the quizzes – specifically the Multiple Choice quiz,

    The Multiple choice quiz was setup with 4 possible answers of which 2 were correct and 2 were incorrect.

    (same question has been done over and over for results)

    On the first attempt only 1 of the correct answers were provided and the other 3 were left blank.
    On the second attempt both correct answers were provided (worked correctly)
    on the 3rd attempt one correct answer and 1 incorrect answer were provided.
    on the 4th attempt all 4 for the options was selected corrected and incorrect.

    when ‘viewing attempt’of each attempt – the were correctly identified as correct or incorrect but when looking at the summary of the 4 attempts they show pass in the results column – while 3 of them should have been identified as fail and only 1 as passed.

    Also the following PHP error was displayed in the course lesson while doing the quiz.

    Warning: array_merge(): Expected parameter 1 to be an array, bool giving in url /wp-content/plugins/tutor/classes/Assets.php on line 98
