Add To Home On Element Click problem

    Add To Home On Element Click works in google chrome in MacOs. But it does not work in google chrome on android.
    Help me please.

    I tried to disable all plugins – it did not help.

    Custom Add To Home Banner does not open anymore if closed once.
    Clear cache does not help. How it works ?
