Inconsistent problems

  • I am having some issues with your plugin. It doesn’t seem to be working the way it is intended.

    -I’ve created a test subscription with a first payment date of 4/18/20.
    -On 4/16/20 I placed an order for the product.
    -After placing the order the subscription showed that my card would be charged on 4/17/20. Which is not right.
    -On 4/18 I logged into our credit card account and noticed I was not charged for my test.
    -Looking at the subscription details it shows that the trial goes till 04/19. Also wrong.
    -If I look at my subscription page in WordPress it shows that the trial ended 2 days ago.

    Have you tried with dates in the future?

    Yes those dates were in the future.

    -Order was placed on 4/16 supposedly to be charged on 4/18
    -On 4/18 my card was not charged.
    -On 4/19 the Edit Subscription screen said the card would be charged that day, it wasn’t.
    -On 4/20 the Edit Subscription screen now says the card will be charged 4/20.

    It seems that the trial period is just advancing by a day every day.

    I have tested and it is working properly in our staging site.

    Have you checked your timezone and date configuration. Maybe some other plugin is creating the problem.
