It doesn’t work

    I did a manual copy with “Backup sit now” button so It did it and uptadet to my webserver /boldgrid_backup/ folder.

    But in my wordpress backup admin, it says:
    “It looks like you don’t have any backups!”

    I did three times the backup and in my ftp /boldgrip_backpu/ folder I can see:
    -3 sql databases (but with diferents sizes: 22.047.338 – 22.148.907 – 22.149.786)
    -3 zips (but with really diferents sizes: 40.824.903 – 31.580.160 – 22.053.648)

    * My first doubt and what I don’t undersand is why it says that I don’t have any backups but there are 3 in my ftp, maybe they are not complet?
    * My second doubt is why the size zips of the three copies are so differents

Just go to Total Upkeep > Tools > Logs and click on the last log file.

    Hi @sirkiu, I just wanted to touch base and ask if you were able to get this resolved? If not, did you end up going with another backup plugin?
