    Hello,

The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Stylesheet is missing.

Did you unzip the file before uploading its contents? If so, can you see if there is a file ending in .css in your themes folder?

    hi, kiano.ro.
it did not mention which theme theme has the stylesheet missing but there is only one default theme in my wordpress and i can’t see the website that i upload. it just say:
    ————————————————————————-
    Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    ————————————————————————-
so i take it as my website.

    thanks

    Hi, kiano.ro
Thanks for your help. My website is https://www.wealthyskill.com and it work.
But what you see now is i upload the website by using the NVU software (one of the software to create website), not use the filezila.
The website problem description is only can see it in my admin site.
thanks for your help. really appreciate it

Make sure you’re uploading only the folder with the theme in it. Often times the actual theme will be in a sub folder.

Ex. If I’m uploading “13floor” I’ll see the 13floor.zip. Unzip it, and I see the folder “13floor.” However, when I open the folder, I’ll see a readme, some other pdf’s and then another folder named 13floor. Open that folder, and I see folders like admin, includes, etc. There will also be a file named stylesheet.css. That will confirm it’s the root folder. Only upload the theme folder (13floor) that has the stylesheet.css in it along with the other files. It should not have another folder with the theme name in it. Does that make sense?

    Here’s a detailed explanation with a screencast:

    Cheers!
