• This help page (linked here) has the answer to my question (how can I exclude posts with a certain tag AND include posts with a different tag) but I’m not sure where I’m supposed to put that shortcode to make it work.

I’m not a professional, and I’m not very skilled with technology. I just play around with things until they work. So, it’s not obvious to me where I’d paste that shortcode (after editing it to include the tag I want to exclude).

Thanks in advance for any help!

Oops. I should’ve posted this in the CVPro forum. Sorry!

Oh, but I can’t post there unless I purchase Pro. But I won’t purchase Pro until I’m 100% sure I can include posts with one tag AND exclude posts with another. I hope someone here will help with my question!

    Hi there,
    Thank you for your question.

It is 100% possible to include posts with one tag AND exclude posts with another, with Content Views Pro version, using this shortcode in above document:

    [pt_view id="VIEW_ID" reuse_tax_query=1 tag="SLUG_OF_TAG_TO_EXCLUDE" operator="NOT IN"]

(replace VIEW_ID with the ID of the view which you select the tag to include, Operator: IN)

    Best regards,
