Instagram profile info not showing

    Hello,
    Since the new update regarding the new Instagram Graph API I am not able to display the profile info – image, name, followers, etc.
    It looks like this option is only for Business Feed but when this type is selected nothing shows up.
    Does my profile have to be a business account?

    Hi @kamena,

    Yes that is correct. You need to be running the latest Feed Them Social free version (currently 2.8.3.2). You also need to have an Instagram Business account and have it linked to your Facebook business Page in order to display the profile info. In a nutshell, Facebook has taken over the Instagram API and now we must link our IG and FB accounts to access certain options.
