    Hi,
    I have set everything up and can send a test email without any problem, however, when I act like a customer and abandon my cart, it identifies everything correctly and says it has sent the first message but it simply hasn’t come through after waiting for nearly 3 hrs. Is there a cron setting I need to set up perhaps?

    BTW, I am using the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and your plugin.

    Can you please check if you have configured the SMTP plugin correctly?

    Are there any plugins installed that might be causing this?

    Here is what you can do to check:
    ?
    – Deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the error.

    – Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
