Use only for certain file types

firstly, thanks for this plugin.
i want to:
jpg, png etc. file types upload to my web area
.mp4, mp3 filetypes upload to google cloud storage
with wp-stateless.
I don’t want to store video and audio files in my own web space.
How can I do that?
