Suggestion: replace placeholders with html comments

Hi,

Using HTML comments like <!-- AMAZONPOLLY-ONLYWORDS-START --> instead of -AMAZONPOLLY-ONLYWORDS-START- could be used. Otherwise when the plugin is disabled it would leave behind these visible pieces of texts all over the articles.

Problem with HTML comments is that they need to be entered in text view.
Could we support both syntax?

The Shortcode API could also be used. When uninstalled the broken shortcodes can be hidden with the help of following plugins.
