    I have a number of WooCommerce sites I manage. the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin works well so far, except one site is not automatically sending the invoices to clients, or a copy to myself; it also doesn’t send a PDF when I manually try and resend. When I compare all the settings on the site to another working site with the same theme and same 3rd party plugins, I can’t see any difference in any settings. The status looks good, and memory etc look good. Both themes are running iThemes security, and I have gone through every setting, and both sites have the same settings. I’m really stuck why your plugin is not working on this one site. It seems to manually generate a PDF that opens in the browser, it doesn’t email the pdf to me or customer. Its a bit frustrating, because of few clients on that site have contacted me about their order being paid for and no contact.

    I’ve gone through the advice page pinned to the top of the forum, but can’t see anything that is the cause.

    In addition to what I’ve already said…

    I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, however, the plugin remembered all the settings from before. This showed me that when it uninstalled it did not delete any of its data from the WordPress database. This is not desirable at all. The problem persists.

    I would be grateful for any help, please?

    OK, I have finally worked out why the invoices were not being sent on this site, but were on other sites.

    In WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Email sender options

    “From” address was previously set to my own personal email address. I changed this to [email protected] where ‘domain.com’ is the sites domain. After that, the emails started to be sent OK.

    For anyone else who has this problem, I hope this helps.
